Ragdoll cats are known to be calm, gentle and loyal.  Ragdolls have an almost dog-like devotion to their owners.  They would rather sit at your feet or in you lap than hide under the bed like some cats. They are the perfect companion animal because they are attentive and seem to know just when you need a little snuggling!
